1. Who we are
The Launch Company is a trading name of INCLINOX LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 16884266), at 735 High Road, Ilford, England, IG3 8RL. INCLINOX LTD is responsible for your personal information. Contact hello@thelaunchcompany.cc with privacy questions.
This notice covers our website and inquiries. Our services are intended for adults acting for businesses; separate terms may apply to client projects.
2. What we collect
When you contact us or book, we receive your name, email, meeting details and anything you choose to share. Required fields let us respond or arrange your call; other answers are optional. Please avoid sensitive information.
Our hosting and booking providers also receive technical details such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs. We store your privacy choice on your device.
3. How we use it
Our data-protection bases are:
- Inquiries and calls: to respond and arrange potential work, based on our legitimate interest in business communication, or steps towards a contract when you contract personally.
- Website operation and security: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable service and preventing abuse.
- Privacy choices and required records: to meet legal obligations. We may also retain relevant records for our legitimate interest in handling legal claims.
- Optional measurement and session replay: your consent, separately for each category.
4. Optional website measurement
Google Analytics measures visits, video engagement and booking activity using device information and cookie identifiers. We do not send booking names, emails or answers in our custom analytics events.
Microsoft Clarity creates heatmaps and replays of clicks and scrolling to help us improve the website. Page text and booking content are masked; this does not record your camera or microphone. Microsoft also processes information under its own privacy statement.
Each tool loads only with your permission. You can browse and book without either, and change or withdraw consent through Privacy settings in the footer. We keep advertising consent off.
5. Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Cal.com handles bookings, Google Calendar manages availability and invitations, and Google Meet provides calls. They receive the information needed to provide those services. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive optional measurement data as described above.
Providers may process some information for their own security and service purposes under their privacy notices. We may also share information with advisers or authorities when needed to meet legal duties or protect legal rights.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Their published transfer safeguards include applicable adequacy frameworks and standard contractual clauses, with UK provisions where required. The provider notices linked here explain these arrangements. Contact us for further information or copies of relevant safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and booking records while needed to respond, follow up or manage a business relationship. We then delete or anonymise them unless legal obligations or a dispute require longer retention.
Privacy choices and our Google Analytics cookies last up to 180 days. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to two months without renewal on new activity; aggregate reports may be kept longer. Clarity keeps standard replays for 30 days, and heatmaps, click data and saved sessions for up to 9 months.
Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not automatically delete earlier data. Contact us to request deletion.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity or retain records required by law.
Email hello@thelaunchcompany.cc to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant local regulator. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
A booking does not subscribe you to marketing. We will date any updates to this notice and request a new choice where needed for new optional uses.
