These terms apply to thelaunchcompany.cc. Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority for that engagement.
2. Inquiries and bookings
An inquiry or discovery call does not commit either party to a paid project. Please give accurate contact information and only share material you are entitled to provide. Booking confirmations explain cancellation and rescheduling.
3. Using the website
Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or impersonate others. We may restrict access to prevent abuse and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Content and results
Our website materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may view them and keep copies for internal evaluation; other commercial reuse needs the rights holder’s permission unless the law allows it.
Case studies and testimonials describe particular results, not guaranteed outcomes. Confirm project scope, fees and deliverables in your service agreement.

England and Wales law governs these website terms, and its courts handle disputes with business users. Mandatory consumer protections and court rights remain unaffected.
